Montelupone Guided Tour

Situated between Macerata and the sea , Montelupone is one of the little towns in the Marche that has preserved its original shape: its walls still retain the original medieval four doorways and roads feature the ancient stone paving.

Montelupone boasts a rural and agricultural tradition: the most typical products are the artichokes .
Sagra del carciofo, the festival of local artichokes, takes place in early May.
